Step 8: Add the chopped onion and cook until they or translucent between 5 to 7 minutes, depending on your cooktop

Step 9: Add your garlic and celery until the celery has softened up and Stay nearby, stirring occasionally, so that the onions and garlic do not burn

Step 10: During this process, all of the sweetness and delicious flavors begin to unify and merge within 8 to 10 minutes, depending on your cooktop. The celery should begin to soften.

Step 11: Add your remaining herbs, the thyme, the rosemary, and the parsley.

Step 12: Add 1 ½ teaspoons of salt and add 1 ½  of black pepper. Fresh black pepper would be nice.

Step 13: Give it a nice mix, then remove from the heat

Step 14: In a large bowl, at 4 cups of chicken broth and two eggs and mix. Once beautifully mixed, add your bread cubes to the bowl. Followed by your herb and butter blend

Once you have blended your mixture, allow the mix to sit it for a couple of minutes to allow the bread to soak up the delicious juices

Step 15: While you wait, set your oven to 350°. While the oven is preparing, butter and oil a casserole or baking dish, a 13 x 9 works beautifully.

Step 16: Place stuffing in a baking dish and wrap it tightly with aluminum foil and allow it to cook for 45 minutes, and then the last 15 minutes remove the aluminum foil

Remember, your oven may differ so make sure that you know how your oven works

If you so desire, while your stuffing is cooking, you can cook ground sausage in a separate dish. Cook on medium heat and combine it later as a topping!

Once you’ve obtained a beautiful golden stuffing removed from the oven and enjoy!
